That is why we are listed with CAF International. We are also a member of the Initiative Transparente Zivilgesellschaft. Below you will find all the information required by the initiative. We are committed to making this information available to the public in an updated manner.
As a non-profit foundation, we are audited annually by the tax office, every 3-5 years by the government of Upper Bavaria and every 5 years by an external auditor.

3. Information on Tax Concession
According to the last notice of exemption we received from the Fürstenfeldbruck tax office dated 26 January 2023 for the last assessment period (tax number 117/147/03139), the Kindness for Kids Foundation is exempt from corporation tax in accordance with Section 5 (1) No. 9 of the German Corporation Tax Act (Körperschaftsteuergesetz) because it exclusively and directly promotes charitable and non-profit purposes within the meaning of Sections 51 et seq. AO. These are:
- Promotion of science and research
- Promotion of public health care
- Promotion of youth welfare
- Promotion of education and vocational training, including student aid

6. Staff structure
The Kindness for Kids Foundation currently employs 5 permanent staff (5 x part-time) and one intern.
The salaries as well as the other administrative costs are not financed by donations from the foundation but directly by the founder!
Nursing staff and carers are employed for the individual children's camps on a daily basis as required.
In 2023, the foundation was supported by 9 volunteers for individual events and activities with a total of 212 hours.
